At Rooted Nature, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order (For Any Reason), you may request a return within 60 days of purchase for a refund, subject to the guidelines below.

1. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Rooted Nature offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on products purchased directly from our official website. To qualify, your return request must be made within 60 days of your purchase date.

Returns requested or postmarked after 60 days may not qualify for a refund, except in limited cases approved by Rooted Nature at our discretion.

2. Return Eligibility

To start a return, you must provide your order number, proof of purchase, and the email address used at checkout.

Products must be purchased directly from Rooted Nature. Items purchased from third-party retailers, marketplaces, unauthorized sellers, or resellers must be returned according to that seller’s return policy.

3. Opened and Unopened Products

We want customers to have the opportunity to try our products. Opened or unopened products may be eligible for return within the 60-day return window.

For bundle or multi-bottle purchases, Rooted Nature may limit refunds on excessive opened products and may require remaining bottles to be returned unopened or unused. This helps prevent misuse of the return policy while still protecting genuine customers.

4. How to Start a Return

Please do not send products back before contacting us. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. The correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return is due to an error by Rooted Nature.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Rooted Nature is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 7–15 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, route protection fees, handling fees, and other non-product charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the refund is due to our error.

7. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label when possible. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the circumstances.

8. Subscriptions

Rooted Nature subscription orders are eligible for our 60-day return policy, starting from the purchase date of each individual subscription shipment.

Canceling a subscription stops future shipments but does not automatically refund orders that have already been processed or shipped. Processed subscription orders are subject to this Return Policy.

9. International Orders and Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local delivery charges.

If an international order is refused, abandoned, rejected by customs, or returned due to local import restrictions, the refund may be reduced by shipping costs, carrier fees, customs-related costs, or a restocking fee of up to $20, where permitted by law.

10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or due to an incorrect shipping address may be refunded minus original shipping costs, return shipping fees, carrier charges, and any applicable processing or restocking fees.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

11. Policy Misuse

Rooted Nature reserves the right to deny or limit refunds if we believe the policy is being abused, including repeated return requests, excessive opened-product returns, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or purchases made for non-personal use.
